The install went okay overall, but I wouldn’t call it super easy. The instructions could’ve been clearer, and I had to do a bit of trial and error before I got everything working. Hiding the wires took way longer than I expected too, which was one of those moments where you’re basically forced to be patient whether you want to be or not. It’s not terrible, just not as simple as it looked online

I reached out and they got back to me fast. My issue got fixed without much hassle, so yeah, happy with the support.

Not gonna lie, I was kind of expecting the warranty process for my Wolfbox dash cam to be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. I had an issue after a few months, emailed support, and they got back to me quickly without making the whole thing awkward or complicated.

They just asked for a couple of photos and my order info, then sent over the return steps. Everything was clear, and I actually got updates along the way instead of having to keep following up myself.

The replacement was taken care of faster than I thought it would be. it was just nice dealing with a company that handled the problem and fixed it without turning it into a big thing

It works fine enough, I guess, but I was expecting a bit more for the price. Getting it set up wasn’t really a problem, but the overall quality just feels average. Some of the features are a little clunky too, not super smooth or anything. It’s not bad, just feels like you could probably get something cheaper that does the same thing

The video looks clear during the day, so I’m happy with that. Night vision is kind of hit or miss for me though haha. If there are street lights around it does a decent job, but on darker roads the footage gets grainy and it can be hard to read plates sometimes.

I’ve found the app easy to use so far. The features are straightforward and it does what I need without much hassle. It’s not overly fancy, but everything seems to work well and it’s been a smooth experience overall...

The camera itself works fine, but the app is hit or miss. Sometimes it connects right away, and other times I have to retry a few times before it works. It’s not terrible, just kind of annoying, and feels like an avoidable hassle.

I ordered from wolfbox.com last week, and I’ll be honest, I was expecting at least some kind of shipping drama because that just feels normal these days. But nope, it went smoothly from start to finish, and I’m absolutely convinced it could not have gone more on time.

I got the tracking email the very next day, and the package moved along exactly like the updates said it would. No random delays, no mystery location, no “in transit” confusion for days. It was almost suspiciously accurate, in the best way.

It showed up right on the listed delivery day, the box looked totally fine, and everything inside was safe. Delivery-wise, I have zero complaints whatsoever. Like, genuinely, they nailed it.

It felt kinda cheap right out of the box, and then it broke way faster than I expected. Not super impressed tbh.
